MUSKA THE CAT - We have a friendly neighborhood cat named Muska (Mooshka) that likes to hang out in the backyard. She doesn't get too close to people but loves to observe from a distance and receive snacks. There should be some cat food & fresh milk in kitchen. Guests are encouraged to feed our little furry friend :)

HOUSE RULES

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES --- Our check-in time is 4:00pm and our check-out time is 11:00am. Please be respectful of these times so that our cleaning crew can prepare for our next guests.
FLEXIBILITY FOR CHECK IN/OUT --- Late check-outs are not allowed. Late Check-outs are subject to $40/Hour Fee.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF — Early luggage drop off is allowed with pre-approval from hosts
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES --- Please take the trash out to the bin on the side of the house. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn the clean cycle on.
NO SMOKING --- Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty.
PET POLICY --- 1 Dog (no more than 25lbs) allowed. Service Animals are permitted. Cats allowed with host approval. Guests are responsible for pet-related damages.
PARTY POLICY --- Strict no parties rule. Please respect the home and its furnishings.
NOISE LEVELS --- Please be aware that this home is in a residential neighborhood. NO excessive noises from 11pm-7am please. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees.
GYM SAFETY --- Guests use exercise equipment at their own risk.
HOME SAFETY --- Pleasure make sure to turn OFF propane / gas after you barbecue and turn the oven OFF after use. Our home is NOT baby, infant, and child proofed, so please supervise children at all times. Safety concerns include but are not limited to steps, hot oven / stove, cleaning chemicals, exercise equipment, furniture corners, and electrical outlets.
UNVERIFIED GUESTS --- Please add the correct number of guests to your reservation details. Only the number of guest(s) added to the reservation are allowed on the property unless authorized by hosts. Undeclared guests subject the reservation to a $100 fee in addition to the extra guest fee per night.
MAIL / POSTAGE / DELIVERIES --- Guests may not receive mail, UPS, Fedex, or any packages at the property. Hosts are not responsible for lost or unreceived mail and deliveries.
TRASH --- Please place filled trash bags in the bin on the side of the home. Please note that our trash & recycling collection vendors will roll the bins out to the street and return the bins to the home around during the scheduled city services pick-up day.
DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR HOME --- Damages to the property during your rental period will result in an open claim. Missing bedroom light & fan remotes are subject to $500 fee. We check the home’s condition after every guest leaves and will document damages with photos. Examples of damages are evidence of pets or smoking, drawings on the walls, torn furnishings, scratched wood floors, damaged devices, broken decorations, etc.
EVENTS —- all events must be approved by host prior to booking confirmation. Additional deposits may be requested.
MAINTENANCE --- If you have any maintenance issues, please contact your hosts ASAP so that we can promptly coordinate repairs.
SHOES --- We try very hard to keep the home spotless. Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
